1. Open Internet Explorer 11
  2. go to vpn URL.
  3. Press F12 and set compatibility to Internet Explorer 11 (Desktop)
  4. Login to VPN and Install Juniper SAM.

Should work now.

if it was not enough:

  1. Go to Internet Option -> Security -Trusted Sites (add junipervpn.example.com)
  2. Set Security Low to Trusted Site group
